We have different consultancy roles to cover all levels of experience and gives you a clear path of how your consultancy career will evolve.
As a consultant, you will contribute to the larger problem-solving effort by doing critical research and analysis for client projects or by participating in any outsourced services sourcing initiatives. You will collect and evaluate data on major market players and industry experts. Your discoveries and contributions to team discussions will contribute to the achievement of client objectives.
Required Experience : Up to 5 years’ experience
You will be given end-to-end project module delivery responsibilities, or you may even be given the opportunity to manage smaller projects on your own. You'll be actively involved in project planning and issue solving, as well as managing younger team members, assisting with company growth, and developing client connections.
Required Experience : From 5 to 15 years’ experience
As an associate lead consultant, you'll be responsible for all aspects of client and project management for one or two mid- to large-scale projects. You will offer the team with intellectual guidance and leadership, as well as coaching the team members. You will also contribute to the firm's business growth and organisational development efforts.
Required Experience : From 15 to 20 years’ experience
As a Lead consultant you will begin to manage multiple projects and client relationships. Your interactions with your team and clients will extend beyond project work, as they will turn to you for direction, leadership, and counsel. As a lead consultant, you will play a larger role in developing the firm's strategy and in the growth of the organisation.
Required Experience : Over 20 years’ experience
Our company is looking to hire an office manager to be responsible for the general operation of our office. Duties will involve greeting visitors, answering incoming phone calls, purchasing office supplies and taking proper inventory, and supervising our office staff to ensure maximum productivity. You will also be required to create presentations and produce management-level reports.
To be a successful hire, you will need to have prior experience in office administration. You will also need to be proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel. A bachelor's degree is required.
